If you are returning/exchanging an item that is in resalable condition: You may return or exchange new, unused and unaltered items within 30 business days of receipt of the items. (Certain exclusions may apply.) We will issue you a refund or merchandise credit based on the purchase price, excluding original shipping and handling charges. All returns must be authorized by Elite Dental Products. Give us a call at 954-368-5966 to receive your Return Authorization Number. If you are returning/exchanging an item that is in non-salable condition (defective, damaged during shipping, etc.): Please contact customer service at 954-368-5966.  We’ll work with you to understand why you need to return the item and how to proceed in the return process. All with the goal of addressing the issue in a satisfactory manner, whether that will be a replacement item, Elite Dental Products credit, etc.
