  * Upon your reporting, we shall follow up with you and open a “damage claim” with the carrier.
  * Please pay attention that all shipping, packaging materials, and boxes must be saved for further investigation if needed.
  * Carriers might request the damaged box with the item for inspection.
  * Upon terms & conditions, failure to fulfill the above-mentioned necessary processes for us to file a damaged claim shall void your warranty.
  * We cannot open a damage claim with the carrier should you accept the shipped item.
  * Therefore, should the item is received and accepted by the customer and we were not contacted within the warranty period, we are no longer liable for any damage.
